No Reconstituted Concentrates Masquerading as 100% Juice!
Be aware of the misleading juice labeling. Most juice products on store shelves claim 100% juice, but are actually made from juice concentrates that are reconstituted with water. Essentially you’re getting about 1/3 juice concentrate and 2/3 added water. How are juice makers able to make this claim? Basically it’s a loophole carved out of FDA food labeling law for the juice and concentrate industries that allows them to claim 100% juice, when it’s actually 100% juice from concentrate.
